Matthew J. Wayne


Matthew Wayne counsels and represents employees in a wide range of employment and civil rights disputes, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful and constructive discharge, workplace accommodations, and wage and hour violations. Mr. Wayne employs a practical, strategic approach to dispute resolution in an effort to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients. From negotiating severance agreements to litigating claims in court and trials, Mr. Wayne has secured favorable outcomes for his clients in a variety of different forums. Prior to joining the Armstrong Law Firm, Mr. Wayne worked for a nationally recognized employment litigation and trial firm where he represented employees in claims involving all types of discrimination, including discrimination based on race, age, sex, sexual orientation, disability, and national origin. Mr. Wayne served as trial co-counsel in single and group-plaintiff cases, and secured seven-figure verdicts and settlements for his clients. Mr. Wayne began his career with a business and employment litigation firm in the greater Boston area, where he successfully resolved a variety of complex employment and commercial disputes.

In his free time, Mr. Wayne enjoys traveling with his wife and family and cheering on the Golden State Warriors, San Francisco 49ers, and San Francisco Giants.
