Holly A. Latz
Ms. Latz has practiced plaintiffs personal injury and employment litigation for over ten years, and especially enjoys representing employees with employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims. A graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law, Ms. Latz won the CALI Award for Excellence in Administrative Law and excelled in Moot Court and Intensive Advocacy seminars. She clerked for the Honorable Stephen M. Murphy when he was an employment law partner at Bianco & Murphy and she was a member of the USF Inn of Court. She graduated at the top of her law school class and has channeled her education into assisting the underdogs as they fight for their rights.
Ms. Latz also spent time as a public middle school educator teaching U.S. History, English, World Cultures, and Reading Intervention, as well as managing inclusion classes for students with autism. She researched the ADA and Section 504 to ascertain the rights and benefits for students, created curriculum to teach students about individual liberties, segregation, freedom of speech, and voting rights, and participated in numerous Individual Education Program meetings to adapt curriculum for her students.
Outside of work, Ms. Latz enjoys family, friends, yoga, horses, traveling, and supporting organizations that help workers and struggling families, such as GLIDE San Francisco, Wardrobe for Opportunity, and the Contra Costa Food Bank.
